Mole Poison won't kill Voles. Moles are insectivores (meat eaters). Voles are herbivores (vegetarians).

If you put peanut butter on a trap, you might catch a Vole, but a Mole will ignore it.
If you use "Grub Killer" on your lawn, the Moles will leave (no food), but the Voles will stay (they eat the grass roots).
